How Subscription Works
Weekly & Bi Weekly Options avaialble
We are pleased to announce a new convenience for our recurring customers that order produce boxes every week and Bi Weekly,and asked if we could do something to eliminate inputting payment information every week. We heard you and are now offering subscription option. As an incentive for trying our subscription service you will receive a Surprise Farm Freebie! Here is how it works:
For convenience, you are billed monthly for your recurring order. This allows us to automatically deliver your order for the entire month without you having to order every week.
If you are not signed in already, go ahead and sign in. Click on My Account in the Navigation Bar. Presently, we are offering only boxes. Click on the box of your choice. You will see the product show up with two buttons, Add to Cart & Subscribe. Simply click on Subscribe and complete the form with your information. You will have to be signed in to access this information. In. It will take you to the Billing Address Form. 1. Complete your Billing and Shipping Information. 2. Choose to PickUp your Order or to have it Delivered. 3. Complete your Payment Information and click Subscribe. You have now paid for the month and you will receive weekly deliveries.
If you want to cancel or change your choice, go to your My Account on top of page. Click on My Subscriptions. You will see your subscription there and may cancel at any time. Please understand that once recurring billing is activated, the payment gateway company requires two weeks to cancel the recurring payments. This means if you cancel, you will still receive two additional deliveries but no further payments will be taken from you.
Again, this convenience is for our customers that purchase boxes week after week and don’t want to have to manually order every week. We hope you find this as a convenience for you and we thank you for your patronage.
Note** – Subscription creates recurring billing. You can not check out adding additional items to the subscription items. You will need to checkout the additional items separately.
Please include all items you never wish to get in your box, at check out under swap/delivery notes. This is the only chance to do so
Please remember the four boxes are the primary products for subscription, we may have additional items placed from time to time. If you see a Subscribe Button for any item, you may add it to your subscription.
